Praxis Legal Solutions is the legal practice of Barbara Burns, an attorney admitted to the New Jersey and Massachusetts bars, with more than 20 years of legal and business experience. Prior to founding Praxis, Barbara served as Senior Vice President, Law and Administration, General Counsel, and Secretary to one of the largest privately owned U.S. media companies. There, her areas of responsibility included contract negotiation and drafting, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment law, intellectual property, real estate, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
