Flexible Fees
Every client is different, so Praxis will work with you to develop a fee arrangement suited to your needs. Options include:Hourly — Where it is difficult to predict time requirements and the client wishes to engage services on an as-needed or project basis, hourly billing provides flexibility and control.
Retainer — For clients with predictable time requirements, a retainer arrangement with guaranteed, scheduled availability is the lowest-cost option. An on-call retainer arrangement is available for clients who desire highly responsive availability but without the limitation of a fixed schedule.
Project — For single or periodic assignments, a project rate is available. A per-project fee works best for situations where the scope of the work is clearly defined and the outcome does not depend on factors outside the control of the attorney or the client, e.g., third parties or government agencies.
